Thanks to all for the photos. More please... Here is 375+/0396AM at the Mas-du-Clos racetrack in 1988. Giancarlo Baghetti on the left, with owner Pierre Bardinon standing next to him. Maurice Trintignant is sitting in the Ferrari. Image Unavailable, Please Login
The second pic is spectacular, i love to see Fcars from up different vision, and this one looks fine. i like some details on car so if you have some pictures do not hesitate it s a pleasure. Thanks for sharing and Welcome in Fchat.
The birds-eye view is spectacular! What was the reasoning behind the angled distributors? From the pictures it looks like in a perfectly vertical position the height would actually be less. The 375's look positively intimidating. How intimidating is it behind the wheel? Btw, should we start a berlinetta thread as well? (Please!)
I have posted some pictures earlier this year ( see http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=202443 ). Here are some pictures of 0376am taken in June 2008, compare them with those on page 1. thank you. The 375 is to most exciting car to drive. It is a loud, ferocious beast that roars down the country roads where we live. We have a Lusso too-driving the Lusso seems like driving a Yugo compared to the 375. Also, not sure why the magnetos are angled.
Great news! Can't wait to add it to my library. Will this be a general history on the 375s or focused on those in South America? Thanks!
sn#0402AM originally had Pininfarina Spyder coachwork (PF Job # 12573). Today it carries the Scaglietti coupe coachwork for Rosselini (after being crashed). It took nearly two years to find a picture from a historical archive of the PF spyder when the coupe was restored -- I don't have a copy of it unfortunately. Anyone here?
Focused in Argentina with many unpublished pictures that couldn´t make it into the Ferrari Argentina book. Regards. Cris.-
