    Unfortunately not.

    See the 512 on the far left with the F40 style modifications? I found a pic of what looks like the same car taken at the Ferrari Club Italia 20th Anniversary event in Modena on 10 March 2007. Of course, he could have driven in from anywhere.

    My point was that the car being located in Modena in 2007 doesn't really narrow down the location of the first event. This same car could easily attend different events all over Italy.
