Apologies in advance; this is lengthy. The bottom line is Sam and the guys at Premier are fantastic. What follows is why:

When I purchased my 430 Spider in 2006 I had it shipped direct from the dealer in Texas to Premier in California. I didn’t want it on the road until all vulnerable areas (hood, bumper, rocker panels, wheel wells, mirrors, air scoops, etc.) were protected and UV blocking film was installed on the windshield and side windows. After reading every F Chat post I could find about protective film, one company was mentioned again and again as the best. That was Premier and, true to their reputation, the work they did on my car was flawless. Everyone who has seen the film, including other installers, have commented on the quality of the job. Even more telling are the number of people who have seen it but haven’t seen it. Many have remarked that I shouldn’t drive the car without protective film. When I tell them it’s there, they have a hard time believing it because they can’t see it.

As impressive as Premier’s work is, their customer service is equally amazing. I live in the desert, 500 miles from them. When an edge began to lift on the driver side mirror (they tailor the film to conform to the inset “f430” logo), they drove to my home and replaced it. Free of charge.

Two years after the film was installed, while driving at night I hit a large chunk of retread at 70 mph; the impact felt like I’d run over a log. Luckily, it didn’t hurt the bumper and didn’t tear the film but it left a huge black mark. I was able to remove most of it using several cleaners and lot of elbow grease, but I couldn’t get it all. Fortunately, my dealer could and the film came through unscathed. Unfortunately, they scratched another area by accident and offered to pay for the repair. Because the front end is covered with a single, seamless piece of film, it required replacing the whole thing. I called Premier, which happened to be in LA at the time wrapping up several days’ worth of installations. It was Friday night and although they had several hours more work to do and had to be back in Fremont in the morning to begin new jobs, Sam offered to drive to my home when they finished. They were over 100 miles away. They arrived at midnight, worked until 4:00.AM, did their usual impeccable job, and then headed to Fremont.

A few weeks ago the edge of the window film began to lift on the drivers’ side, probably because the window automatically lowers every time the door opens. I called Sam and he said he’d take care of it. The car was scheduled for it’s 10,000 mile service at Ferrari of Orange County and I suggested that if Premier was going to be in LA, they could do the repair at FOC, which is very accommodating to outside installers. Sam said that they had just been in LA and wouldn’t be back for a month but that he would ask an LA associate, Hann Kim, if he could do it. Hann graciously agreed. I got the car back from FOC yesterday; rather than attempt to reattach the peeling edge, Hann replaced the whole thing and did a great job. When I asked how much I owed him he said that it was a warranty issue and that Sam took care of it.

I can’t say enough about these guys. They’re the best.

+1 - Just in his shop today with a one month follow-up. Sam is a gentleman - hard work, stands behind his efforts and his product. Good old fashioned work ethic and great attention to detail. In this case, you get what you pay for and then some.

My 360 was damaged via transport not long ago and had to have the front nose redone. Their bra came off and there was no residual damage to the paint. I was shocked and was glad I didn't have to send the car out for paint work. Premier has done many of my cars as well as friends. All happy with their work and most importantly their top notch service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone - great work Premier!

It's great that you guys took the time to write and provide this kind of positive feedback about Premier...

Sounds like, to me, the only company to do business with for this type of service.

Do you get problems with dust sticking to the film, clouding it's apperance? The reason i ask is that i've been offered the Mastershield agency (sorry, i know it's not your product, but it's similar) and being as this island is so dusty, i'm worried about the effects. Just trying to get some "insider info" from people in the market!
Thanks in advance for your response!
