Yeah it has been there for about 5 years. What I can tell you is that it doesn't have more than 1K miles on it and I mean it. Tomorrow, I am passing by the customs, getting pictures ( if they allow me AGAIN ) and post them here along with a full TRUE story whether Abu Ayash wants to sell it or not. The Valet that takes it for a spin every now and then is an employee at the customs ( Gets like $300/month :p ). But we, as Lebanese, think that the battery only remains the car in good condition !

Anyhow guys, tomorrow I'll try to get you more info.

I hope you believed the tragedy happening here.

Oh I wanted to ask too, why is the air intake cover sitting crooked? It leans towards the passenger side of the car.

Yeah it does kinda look like it's the whole engine. Also I noticed the body gaps for the engine compartment cover are unusually off.

F-chatters, some good news. I went today and saw the ENZO again but this time I wasn't allowed to take any more pictures... The car is apparently for sale. They're either having it for auction or selling it for more without auction. The price + full story of the car will be handed to me on Monday although it's not legal. Those are secret info but with money around, everything works fine.

The employee at the Customs area today assured me that the ENZO has been staying there for 3.5 years only and not more... It has less than 3K miles on the dashboard and he will tell me for sure how much is the mileage on Monday.

Any one interested about the car so I could contact him? ( I believe it's a good price ).

    Regards,

    ZiadR

By the way, I got a call earlier today telling me that the ENZO has only 200-300 KMs. It's a MY2004 as well too...

Neat story for sure! Sorry to see it neglected thought... :(

Now, is it just me or do the CF around the engine bay look different than most Enzos? Or is that just the EURO spec?

These type of "too good to be true" stories are always fascinating. Appreciate the ongoing info ZiadR.

May I ask who is putting the car up for auction? Is it the owner? You mentioned it may not be completely legal to auction it; how so?

    Regards

Do CCBrakes develop any rust at all if left unused for a long time?

I don't know the exact composition of cc rotors, but I doubt it's only 2 elements... hence the "any rust at all".

Edit - OK, let me change "rust" to "visible oxidation".

He meant that since CC are carbon composite, ie no steel, where would the rust be coming from?
I know nothing detailed about the CC brakes, but I assume that was the meaning of the previouos comments..
