On the windows, are you familiar with the common problem at the multi-pin connectors in the door jambs? There are numerous threads here on the subject, but for starters, just open the drivers door and peel back the rubber boot on the wiring connector, and see if there are any obvious problems, like icky corrosion or broken wires.

On the A/C, the system can have a mind of its own, and tracing problems can be very involved, but the first thing to do is to make sure that the fuseholder for the "hidden fuse" in the front trunk isn't melted. Very common. I've never been able to get my climate control system to work reliably.

 

Wires can be repaired or replaced individually, but it isn't easy to remove the pins from the housing without damaging them, and it isn't easy to find new replacement pins. Many people (myself included) have eliminated the entire male/female pin assembly and just hard-wired the whole thing.

Thats what I would do. Get rid of that crusty old plug and solder the wires together and heatshrink.
