Nice to have you back Jas.

What is that blue sticker on the wheel for? Some shipping thing that is usually removed?

F40 really should be left Rosso Corsa.

This is the 2nd F40 I have seen with leather seats. The first was a factory custom job done for the head of Connelly Leather. Did not care for it either.

Is that a blue McLaren F1? (looks like it because of the seat position)

and a red Ferarri (F50?) in the back... (looks like a Ferrari F50 wheel?)

The blue car is a Jaguar XJR-15, street version, and you are correct on the F50.

ok cool, I just found this out from Wiki:

"Based mechanically on the Le Mans-winning Jaguar XJR-9, the car had an aerodynamic body styled by Peter Stevens, who later went on to style the McLaren F1."

There is one for sale in Switzerland right now. Asking price is around Euro 140k.

Per the pictures I have seen of the car, it might be street legal but I doubt it is street usable. My 360 Challenge looks more street friendly.

Apparently its a bugger to work on and the clutch will only last about 2k miles (not verified :))

Still, a very cool shape and interior...and I bet its a blast on the track....

It is supposed to have one of the worst handling as far as racing cars go...

Jas, what about some new F50 pics ? :)

Sounds like it is an Aston Martin Vanquish.

It is a great mean looking design and I would not want to see it in my rearview mirror on a track.

Really Andrew ? That is interesting....I would have thought Walkinshaw would have got the handling sorted from the get go considering his involvement and input.

It's engine was mounted too high, affecting the centre of gravity therefore it handled like a plum pudding
