On the 2009 M3 coupe did BMW make the brakes larger than on the 2008 model?

Well ... It's an import to the US, so I think it's in the right section.

Are you a doosh because you're from California or simply because you're American?

Hey, don't slander the great land of Joe the Plummer! Keep it up and I won't send you the relevant scans from my Guy Edwards Sponsorship book like I was planning too. Go bother Casey..

    I have 2 questions regarding the new 2009 M3

    1. Why did they get rid of the LED rear lights?

    2. Why did they make the wheels smaller (18") as opposed to last model 19"?

Guessing, but I'd say they got rid of the LEDs so they could bring them back for the facelift :D

ive worked for BMW for about 10 years... and yes... you are absolutely right... LOL

and to the poster above you... 18's were standard on the E46 (01-06) 18s are still standard on the E92 (07-up). Both of these cars have optional 19 inch wheels.

it just seemed like 19s were standard on the E46 because there were hardly any ordered without them after 01...

As you can see in my avatar pic I'm a BMW fan ... loved the Z3 M Coupe ... (S50B32)

Thats what they did when they went from the E39 facelift to the E60 and brought the LEDs back with the E60 facelift.
