    I picked one of these up at an airline collectors' show here in Atlanta today.

    Definitely a nice "what-if", as the 787 hasn't even flown yet, and with Alitalia's financial situation, who knows whether they will be around to possibly fly an airplane painted like this someday. But if there were, indeed, only 300 made (and I doubt that, as today's vendor had at least four of them at this one show), then the $80 I paid was probably a fair investment.

    It should be a little more than 8 inches long and the wingspan should be a little more than 6 inches long.

    I have been watching these over the last few years, and the last one I saw on ebay had a high bid of $200.00.
