It is 52473. All the pictures but the first and the last two pics are from 52473. The other one in the first and last two pics with the white registration plate is 55179
Thank you! The knowledge on this thread never ceases to amaze... 52473 is an early car (16th built ex-Bruno Z) and 55179 is lived in the UK for a while (the 178th built, was UK-registered "7170 RE").
My 288 GTO is chassis no. 55721 and Classiche Certified. I'm its second owner, since 2004, with 6000km since new. I'll post some pics sometime!
Rik: Appreciate the direct confirmation. I have it noted as the 163rd GTO built. Please post pics. ONLY 6,000km??? You have to get out more often...
LOL. Well they're settling back down nicely so you should be able to get re-acquainted with "55721"...
Does anyone know this one? http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?p=138139788#post138139788 Paul
Marcel already posted this image in this thread a long time ago... maybe this car? Copyright Marcel Massini Image Unavailable, Please Login
I am originally quoted in this thread as saying that the car used for the December 2008 Octane feature for issue # 66 would be the RM car, # 56337. I am incorrect in stating this, please find below images from the copy of Octane that arrived on my door step this morning that show images of 53307 (B1 GTO ex Eddie Irvine) and also of 56767 (B134 CHG). I haven't seen this GTO for almost 10 years and she continues to age particularly well...the 219th GTO built, # 56783. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Nice GTO in rare spec featured in this enthusiast's thread and half-a-dozen other websites worldwide. What about it??
We did, and the client purchased a New York car instead as he didn't wish to import. Apologies, but this is an ENTHUSIASTS thread and no harm whatsoever was intended. The images were posted to highlight the car's unusual interior combination for the benefit of the community at large. Also, I generally allocate photo credits but in this instance I wasnt sure you wanted your name next to them.
Saw this one in Toronto. Don't know much about it but it resides in Hinsdale, IL. I'm good friends with the mechanic who works on this car a lot. Next time I'm there, I'll ask him for a S/N.
