    welcome to fchat. your very first post asks who owns this place. why, are you interested in buying it?

    if so, perhaps it would be best to tell you that it is a cooperative, and so we are all "owners". since it is not for sale, you will need to PM each of us and offer a fairly substantial sum for our share. start with me, as I always keep my asking price in my avatar. (In $US.) I prefer paypal.

    Hello lawlaw08, welcome to Fchat. Allow me to present you with a "?" to go at the end of your interrogative sentence. Should you have chosen a "." at the end of the sentence, I would have assumed it declaritive with "Who" being the proper owner.
