Any suggestions on a good bar for the monthly F-Chat happy hours that we do for the DFW area.

Looking for a laid back type of bar with a good parking situation for the F-Cars.

Preferably something that isnt so crowded that we can't get a big table.

Speedzone is undergoing some major renovations right now. The grand prix (the fun one) track is gone and so are the dragsters. Apparently the state bought some right of way for a future widening of 35 so they are reconfiguring all their tracks. It's still open but just the the kiddie karts and the arcade for now.

Cool River and Bone Daddy's are definitely crowded.

Anyone try that Firewater place over by Dinks?

Bonedaddys is an awesome restaurant. i dont know why they havent opened up one in Houston. Ive been to the one in Austin.

Could you call and tell them to block off parking for a bunch of Fcars and have them reserve a table. I bet they would

At least one in Grapevine I think is so crowded and run so many people through there that they wouldn't do anything special. With Bone Daddy's so popular now maybe we need to focus on Hooters as they will do special parking and reservations for us. :)

I'd rather go to 'Dinks than Firewater. Especially if I'm in the Ferrari. There are plenty of Fox and Hounds around, I frequent the one at Campbell and 75. Also have been to the one on Midway at GWB. Seems like there's some kind of seafood place near there somewhere? ;) Theres' also Champps across from my office, lots of parking, table space not usually an issue. Razzoo's on 635/MacArthur isn't bad, lots of parking, never really crowded, pretty cheap beer.

We couldn't do it as an official FCA event, but we can certainly take advantage of our VIP connections for a FerrariChat.com event.:D:eek:
