    When I turn my A/C on everything works OK but when you turn the dial on the HVAC to split the air between feet and face or feet only or face only the air comes out everywhere no matter where the dial is. Is my HVAC gone or is there another issue that I should look at??

    Any help greatly appreciated.

    HVAC mode door is not moving in the plenum. Not sure if it is vacuum or electronically activated on 355s.

    The actuator which controls air deflection is on the right-side of the evap box, #12 on this diagram:

    The pin mentioned above by Scott is on the other actuator (front of the evap box) that controls the recirculation flapper door.
