Same old same old - Formula 1 procession - this hardly qualifies as a race. Real racing was Petit LeMans when Allan was two laps down at the start and wins the race three, four wide down the straight into turn one....after almost ten hours...

Very calm controlled Lewis for the rest of the parade.....

    25 more laps of this....

Hoping that Rubens possibly talking to other teams translates into conversations with Gil deFerran

OT: Just curious, are there no dedicated chat site for McLaren or F1 racing in genereal ? As a Tifosi and a F1 fan, I am fortunately enough to not have to look for one as FerrariChat is perfect for me.

And its not true about the WCC?

In interviews in the Italian press, Montezemelo has repeatedly stated the WCC is most important, and if they can help a driver get the WDC, even better.

And Michael, I can understand the difficulty many people have with some of the people here that you think are good guys. You are wrong on that one also.

How dare you make such a post? The FIA has gone to GREAT lengths to ensure no passing happens at F1 races, so for you to criticize their efforts is just ridiculous.

Hey Ron - exactly the truth and always has been since the beginning - WCC first, DC a benefit.

If this "hardly qualifies as a race" why are you wasting your valuable time watching it? It makes no sense, unless you just like to complain. I can't stand American football, but I don't sit there and watch games while complaining that they don't play the game like basketball.

Looks like Massa's only chance of winning WDC is having Kimi hold Hami up enough for someone to pass him.

    Ronald,

No, it is not true about the WCC. I have said before, everyone cares about WDC, not WCC. The only thing the WCC is important for is minor bragging rights and how much $$ you get from the FIA. All the accolades, all the glory, all the racing is all about the WDC. Even in this very thread, there are a couple of minor comments about WCC but we're all here watching what happens in the WDC. It's always been like that.

As for your last comment, the owners of the site, and the moderators have made it crystal clear who does and does not belong here, so anyone's opinion about the matter is completely irrelevant.
