Sweet I look forward to seeing that car! Yesterday saw a black DB9 on hwy 2 south (surprise, surprise) and a silver V8 Vantage on Canyon Meadows - that was a surprise! Both sounded awesome as usual.
Black 599, eh? Spotted two Gallardos today infront of Earls. A silver coupe and a darker silver spider. Pretty sweet. Also spotted a ton of Astons...

Here's some more pics. They aren't mine...just linking to them. http://www.flickr.com/photos/c-chan/sets/72157608187480165/
"Edmonton police are looking at whether speed was a factor in a crash that caused about $60-thousand damage to a Lamborghini" LOL...oh I don't think so.
Tough break with the Murci. Too recent an addition to have even been plated. Some eye candy recently - Orange Murcielago Grey Gallardo Spyder Yellow F430 Spider Grey F430 Spider Red F430 Coupe Yellow 360 Spider X2 Red 360 Spider Red 360 Coupe Black 993 C4S Grey 997 TT Cab Grey and White Gran Turismos Several Bentley GT/FS/GTC, SLs, etc... And I had a black Scuderia blast past me like I was standing still... I s**t you not, my car vibrated! It was awesome
Poor Lambo. It looked nice in grey with smoked lights. Sad to see things like that. Yea it's probably a write off. The impact even made the rollbars deploy. Yes i've seen that Scuderia in the same way you did. On 6th ave standing still and it also blasted past me. I've heard normal F430's before but that noise is totally different. So aggresive !
the car was only in Canada for 6 days...... The driver is ok and he still has his Ferrari. No, there was no street racing involved. It was a matter of turning a corner and stability control kicking in, driver getting nervous and went to hit the brakes but his foot slipped and hit the gas. And just so its clear, its an 05 Murcielago. The owner is a super nice guy.
Hi Jeff, never said he wasnt a nice guy. My quote was simply directed at the policeman's quote of the 60G's damage. It's NOT 60G's damage. Not even close. It's definetly a whole lot more. And yes, the driver is ok which is all that matters.
It was a matter of turning a corner and stability control kicking in, driver getting nervous and went to hit the brakes but his foot slipped and hit the gas. LOL - just wrong in so many ways.
Spots the last week or so: White Gallardo - Deerfoot & Southland Black F430 racing another (this pains me to say) "exotic" with a black SL55 trailing behind them last night on Deerfoot in the dark. They were too far in front of me to see and decipher what the other exotic was, hopefully someone else saw them too as they sounded amazing and looked cool darting in and out of traffic. That and I'm very curious. Red 997 TT - 22x Yellow F430 spider - Okotoks Yellow 360 spider - Anderson Blue Bentley GT - Hwy 2
Crickets in here! Spots over the last few days - Red 599 Red F430 coupe Silver F430 coupe Yellow F430 Spider Yellow 360 Spider Yellow Murcielago Grey Gallardo Coupe White Gallardo Coupe Blue Gallardo Coupe Black 997 Turbo w/ black rims Silver 997 Turbo Grey 997 Turbo Cab Serveral Bentley GTs/Flying Spurs, SL63s other Porsches etc And saw something I never thought I'd see in Calgary - 2 Bentley Arnages at the same intersection in Mission...
Back from the dead indeed Saw a red Testarossa in Mission today, red Esprit and white Exige on 17th. Red F430 coupe and yellow Porsche 997 by Rockyview, light silver F430 spider off 4th St. + 17th, black LP640 last weekend, white LP5600, Fort GTs, Bentleys, Quattroportes...
Finally some action in this section again! More spots today: Silver GT-R - Crowchild Grey w/white stripes Ford GT - Crowchild Red 328 - 52nd street Silver Aston DB9 - Memorial Porsche Turbo's (silver, yellow) - downtown, blackfoot White S5 - not really exotic but first I've seen Blue Maser Gransport - deerfoot
Older Rolls Royce on Kensington Road. A couple of Caterham kit cars by Higher Ground. F430 downtown on 6 street (I think) And I saw what I can only assume is a replica of a Bugatti Type 35 in the Kensington/10th street area. Does anybody have more information on this car? It's in the standard French racing blue. It looked like a pretty good kit, but I would be extremely shocked if it were the real deal.
Wow. That's pretty impressive. As far as I know, they're in the millions to purchase one. Am I correct? EDIT: I also didn't realize that the Pur Sang designation goes back to the 35. You learn something every day...
This Ferrari police chase video just popped up on youtube. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DAIuOlrrz7I
