PM Rob Lay, they might've already had the suggestion and are still reorganizing it a bit.

Rob actually has a disdain for multiple subforums [Technology Toys was my baby = sorry about yet another subforum Rob!], BUT this is a good suggestion and I'll pass the word on your behalf. But, first - Interesting/telling that you post within Drink, Smoke, and Fine Dining - Do you think Drink, Smoke, Fine Dining & Travel has a nice ring to it?

I was the one that suggested adding "Food" to the Drink and Smoke. I don't think it sounds right to add travel in a "food" subforum.

I concur 105%. Even newspapers have a seperate 'Travel' section from the consumables sections, even if they are only once a week on Sundays.

A Travel subforum would be well used and is a good suggestion. Plenty of members here are world travellers, and would be happy to share images of faraway lands such as Marrakesh, Cairo, Toledo, and Albuquerque (not to be confused with the current international subforums, of course).

Hmm. Like I'm thinking of traveling to the Spanish GP next year, so I posted something in Racing & Tracking. If traveling to another state or country then I go to that forum. I do see some general topics like 'looking for a good vacation'. I guess that would be Other Off Topic at this time. Can't have a sub-forum for everything. Other Off Topic is at the VERY bottom, so whatever falls down there without a home ends up there. :)

BTW, time to plug our Sponsor http://www.laluxuria.com/. Holy cow, this place looks awesome in Costa Rica overlooking the ocean with private pool and a few bedrooms. The price isn't bad at all and split among 2-3 couples you are talking Holiday Inn prices. I'm trying to get down there, but first priority is a F1 trip.
