    Does anyone know anything about the 86 TR #61027? It is located in central Texas and since it has been on the market for awhile I am somewhat gunshy...

    TIA for anyone's help.

    I am in the DFW area and am looking for a TR that is in good shape for the right price.

    I would prefer a local car (close to DFW) which will make it much easier, but would be fine with anything in this general region.

    ...I have been saving, and saving, and saving...

    Many thanks to many of the F-chatters, thanks to everyone I am able to know problem areas going in and have a much higher knowledge.

    I have wanted a TR since I saw one in Germany in 86 on one of our road marches.

    Frank, I have the 60447 1986 in North Dallas. Could you message me the seller, the people that I bought mine from might know the car...BTW, have you asked Norwoods if they know it?

    James has NOT sold 60447 and as far as I know does not plan to (although I would be happy to buy it!). He was kind enough to spend all day Saturday with me going over the Testarossa experience in general (including things to look for, problem areas, test drive etc.) since I am in the market for one... I am VERY appreciative of him sharing his treasure with me and I feel much better prepared going in thanks to his help.

    you will not find a finer gentleman...
