    Maye I am just not getting my search correct, but can someone tell me the best place to get a waterpump belt for my 1977 308 GTB? This is driving me nuts, cannot find one anywhere, and Gates cannot seem to find the number that came off my belt.

    The Gates part that you're looking for is a "Polyflex" belt, which was designed for industrial equipment, rather than for automotive use. Hence, the reason why your typical auto parts store can't find a listing for them. However, the Polyflex belts are very commonly used on most Ferraris.

    Likely the quickest and easiest way to procure a belt would be to contact Ted Rutland's, a long time Ferrari parts supplier, who is in GA at (800) 638-1444.
