I thought it had to be either #2053 or 2735 GT. #2053 is more rounded in the rear, so this looks alot like #2735 to me. More photos from the same photographer. I think almost all were shot at Nurburgring or Spa. TT/Ferrari Expo 2009 model/photography contest Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login

First one is Willy Mairesse at Spa 1962. Second one is Graham Hill at the Nürburgring 1964. Third one is Wolfgang Von Trips.
The head-on shot of the sharknoses at Radillion is 1962, I think - Ricardo Rodriguez leading. Superb! Paul M edit: and the winged single-seater is Derek Bell in a 166 F2 on the Sudschleife of the 'Ring, April 27 1969.
fantastic - I just spent an hour going thru the 159 photos. Great stuff, esp some of the driver portraits. great find, thanks for posting!
It was "lucky" #0848, wich also won at Monza as a P3 in 1966. Tom Tanner/Ferrari Expo 2009 model/photography contest-Chicago
0848 was completed for Le Mans in june 1966. Spa was run in May and the winning car at Spa and Monza was 0844.
I remember this debate before. Does anyone have anymore information on this?? Over the years alot of people have made same mistake of thinking #0848 was the Spa and Monza winner. From pictures I have seen, just to make it interesting the Nurburgring car looks like #0844 and the Spa/Monza photos look more like #0848(less rounded on the top). Since none of the belinettas had been wrecked before lemans the bodywork should be as new. That would mean that #0848 was finished before June 1966. I know this is SEFAC, not AutoDelta, my normal problem child so maybe the records they keep are more accurate Tom Tanner/Ferrari Expo 2009 model/photography contest-Chicago
Does anyone have a photo of the NART 206GT(production body) that ran at Sebring in 1969 as car #38 with Posey/Dini driving? I have a front shot of it but am looking for a side shot. It was dark blue/black with NART stripes. Tom Tanner/Ferrari Expo 2009 model/photography contest-Chicago
Hi! whilst idling through Flickr I came across this photo from the Targa Florio 1970, I don't know much about the 512 and it struck me there is a second 512 to the left in the background. can someone tell me which car is which chassis, many thanks for any help you can offer. http://flickr.com/photos/30386285@N06/2892568113/sizes/o/
#6 should be 1004 SF entered with Vaccarella and Guinti. Car behind should be #4, 1016 Filipinetti entered with Muller and Parkes as only 2 512S were entered.
Yes, we're on a roll... Now some Daytona... S/N??? Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
http://flickr.com/photos/30386285@N06/2892831218/sizes/o/in/set-72157607535378856/ I thought the Filipinetti 512 ran with an early style nose and carried mirrors on the wing, I seem to remember talk of a works 512 crashing in the run up to the race weekend and another chassis being used, at first I thought maybe not Targa Florio but if you zoom into first photograph you can see the Gulf adverts in the background. couple of other pics http://flickr.com/photos/30386285@N06/2892654225/sizes/o/in/set-72157607535378856/ http://flickr.com/photos/30386285@N06/2893475006/sizes/o/in/set-72157607535378856/
