Hello, Ferrari of Denver has a brand new 2008 Ferrari F430 Spider available for immediate delivery @ m.s.r.p. of $267,596. Has supply finally cought up with demand, or has the recession finally effected the Ferrari market? Joe.
Who knows? With the economic tsunami, the end of the 430 model run, the Scud spider coming soon, etc it makes sense that were seeing Spider's at msrp. Im not into doom and gloom, but I would even pay sticker for a new 430 or any car for that matter these days. It's buyers market baby!
Sticker for a F430 is currently no problem. A local Ferrari dealer said they only expect to get (5) 430's next year. They said Ferrari is going to concentrate on other models and the used market. Maybe some kind of pre-certified program?
Ferrari of Denver wont sell out of their territory - What exactly does that mean? if I live in Houston that I am forced to buy from Ferrari of Houston only?
I have had 2 separate dealerships tell me that - because I live in Houston I need to contact my local Ferrari dealer - Look at Ferrari of Dever web site - Its also says and I quote "Will not sell into another Ferrari dealer's territory"
I thought that rule only applied to new cars and that was for every Ferrari dealership. I live outside of New Orleans, well outside of FoW's territory, and they were happy to sell a 360 to me.
Ferrari dealers are prohibited from selling truly new cars (on MSO) in other dealers' territories. Once it's titled, it's technically used. FOD has some kind of permission to sell the scud which is used at over MSRP but only in their territory. Dave
Every dealer has specific territories that they can sell to. If the car is less than a year old it can't be sold into another dealer's territory. FoD's ad is just trying to weed out any unneccessary inquiries.
