New Exotic dealer on RT 22, NJ???

this place on RT 22 east near Mountainside and Westfield area. The building used to be a Comp USA. They are still working on it, but the one thing I did see is a huge wall mural on the back wall with different Exotics pictured. I didn't catch the name of the place, and I am not ever really sure what it is going to be, I was curious if anyone else has any info.

 

Hope the build continues, with out latest economy development ... I'd love to check that place out when its done.

 

I can't imagine they will be able to stay in business in this environment....I sure hope they do because I live in the area and it would be cool to have another close by.

I spoke with FoCNJ..they are now selling only 2-3 cars a month.....A MONTH! That's down almost 90%. What a S-it show.

High Marques (Morristown) seems to be feeling it too....

I just want to make it clear that I have no clue if in fact this store is going to be a dealership, or maybe a detailer or audio retailer. I just know that they had then entire back wall of the store covered with pictures and different Exotics and all the logos.
I just wanted to know if anyone had any other info, I don't want to start any rumors.

 

I went by today it is the old comp usa building and there was alot of people working on it. It really looked nice and very close to being done.It looked first class dont know who is behind it but should be interesting I give them credit for opening in this environment i hope they make it.

 

That store is called 21st Century Leasing. They used to be in Union but now moved to Springfield. They have had 360's, 911 Turbos, Lamborghini, Bentley, Rolls Royce, BMW, Mercedes, etc. I work down the road at the BMW dealership and drive by there all the time

Hey guys, spoke to one of the owners/investors today. He said they will be opening next weekend and will carry all marques. Right now the place was empty aside from a Bentley drophead but it’s pretty big, and he kept emphasizing it will be full. Apparently according to him it’s the largest showroom in NJ for exotics (which I can believe).

 

place is called 21 Century AutoGroup...and should be opening soon...

 

Pass by that place everyday going to work.

It looks like ****. Think about turning a building designed for a super-market into an exotic car showroom. It doesnt look very nice.

Three weeks ago, it looked like they had moved their entire fleet into the parking lot. The next day, I saw a few police cruisers and all the cars gone. Someone forgot to do the paperwork it seemed.


Rt.22 is turning into a disgusting road. I've lived off of it for my entire life. I'm sick of it. Too many car dealerships, to many idiot drivers. Enough is a enough. I gotta move.

place is officially open.... Crazy inventory, orange superleggera, 4 bentleys 3 gt's and a flying spur, cl600, s63, cl63, drophead phantom.... Place loo awesome... Everyone should stop by....

 

I had turkey on a boat today.

The toughest decision of the day? Do I wear the black flip flops or the brown ones.

 

Went there today. Nice staff. About 4 dozen cars in the showroom. Everything from a RR drophead coupe to an X5. Quite a spectrum.

 

stopped in last night, sales people are friendly but not knowledgable (at least not about Ferraris or Lambos).

 

Turning? You're kidding, right?!? Was it ever nice? I remember back to the days of the old Flagship. That stretch of Rt. 22 has always looked like no one planned anything along there. They just built whatever the hell they pleased. Clearly one of the top 10 worst stretches of highway anywhere.

It will be interesting to see that place once they get set up, and get a decent inventory in there. Hopefully, they will have some cool stuff.
