I know this car well and have ridden in it with Tom many times. It is absolutely perfect. Tom takes excellent care of his cars and this one is great. I think that it will bring a strong wholesale number on eBay but it will be a great deal regardless of what someone pays.

jesus man I hope you will be ok.. selling a car like this at NO RESERVE basically means you are willing to take anything.. quite a risk...

To save you looking, as of now it's at $74,601.01

7 bids. Just over 9 days to go......

I agree with the above BTW - much bigger cojones than me!

    Good luck! Cheers,
    Ian

Thanks Pap, Darth, Ed and others for the comments.

Yes it is a risk, but I need it to sell.
Hopefully some people from this board who were already looking into 360s will find it and contact me / bid on it.

I can't predict what the final price will be (especially not these days), but one thing is for sure - someone new will be getting a great 360!

I presume it's also in our very own "ferrariads"? - Hopefully Rob will allow a "pointer" to your auction?

    Again, good luck!

Man, this is one nasty market. Sorry to see you have to do this, Tom. I was the original owner of this car, and I still miss it.

the fact that this car might sell at 80k is frightening.. back in july/august (4 months ago) this same car would be going for 135k+++ think about that people.. absolutely RIDICULOUS

This will put to bed all the debates about where prices really are and end the second guessing.

I think this just speaks to the economy and how desperate some people are to sell while at the same time no one wants to buy.. the only real answer to all this is the following:

DO NOT SELL YOUR CAR RIGHT NOW.. HOLD ON TO IT.. FOR AS LONG AS IT TAKES FOR THE MARKET TO BECOME NORMAL<--

If you have no choice I feel truly bad for you.. losing 50k easy just because the economy sucks on your sale has got to hurt!

And in the 3 to 5 years it takes for that to happen, your car will have depreciated at least the same amount. It's really just a question of do you want your $$ now or do you want your $$ later. This economy is not turning around any time soon.

There has to be a bunch of people out there watching this auction. I've forwarded it to several people myself. It's a gorgeous car.

Car is at $90,100 with a day to go.

I've reopened this thread so we can watch the last day, and make comments as it rolls through the last 24 hours.

Tom, best of luck with the sale.

    Dave
