I think I found all the images..... http://s4.photobucket.com/albums/y136/holland_patrick/calender/ those are good size JPG so they should work if not i'll find the raw files and make new ones... http://www.adoramapix.com/ is the site for the 16x20 prints for 4.95 each (great price)
Jay, I'm not going to make it to S-bucks today, but would definitely be interested in a calendar. The $20 tab seems pretty reasonable. Please send me the PDF when you get a chance for a quick look see.
Jay - if its not understood...I'm in for the Calendar. Kieth/Tammy...Sweet 355 GTB. Kind of a quiet day as expected. Jay and myself were there with Fcars and were surprised by a new visitor. Kieth came with his wife Tammy from Southwick MA. Thanks for coming down today. I know you made Frank a little nervous as your car is in great condition and rivals his. I love it. (Google "Captain Richards" for the detail spray) Jess was there with the Mitsu, Frank had his Cooper, Ching brought the Merc, and Viperdude with the Viper. (I've got a mental block on your name, Sorry) Yet another great day albiet chilly. Jess was rotating inside and outside trying to keep warm. The sun was nice but the breeze, not so much. Conversations were as always, invigorating. Starting to have some trouble with birds that apparently don't think much of fine Italian machinery. I'm hoping its just migratory. Don't park under the utility pole until we figure it out. Lane
I'm in for a few calendars... Jason did an awesome job on this The additional Ferrari "holiday" dates are a great touch... Can't wait to see the final product!
Hey all, what a fun day! It was great to meet everyone. It was realy nice to see people who truly love cars. They drive and work on what they love. Too many times in the world of high priced toy's, people buy just to own. Lane nice 348 and thanks for the heads up on the Captain. Jay great to see your 355 and it's nice to see someone who isn't afraid of a major. Kudos! I look forward to seeing Frank's 355. I'm in on the calandar, it looks really nice. Maybe next year a certain 1997 f355GTB will get a month. LOL.
HAhaha...You make it sound like a centerfold. tell me, what is your cars astrological sign, favorite musical group, TV Show, Memory of first love, birthday, and above all, body measurements.
Hi All, Sorry that I couldn't make it today. We've added 2 more polo ponies to the AVF mini-herd and I couldn't let my wonderful wife do all the morning barn choirs on her own - again. Especially when the 2 new ponies are for me. Glad to hear that there's yet another 355 in the neighborhood. UConn may need to make a "special limited edition" calendar for '09 featuring just the F355 model. I haven't seen the "prototipo" of the calendar but I am willing to bet that it's very well done. Jay put me down for at least two copies of the first edition. First copy for my office. Second copy for Sandy - we know that she's actually the car nut at our house. Thanks for all your effort making the "gathering" and calendar happen. - Ed - Lane, I don't know my car's astrological sign but her assembly # is 20622.
Here's one that was taken at our gathering a couple of weeks ago. For some reason I was the only one there. Sorry I couldn't make it today. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Another great meet...who knew the 355 was so common? Great to meet you Keith, that's one clean 355. Heck finally one that gives Frank's some competition I've had enough messing with the calendar, I could be resizing and moving things around until next spring. To get the better pricing I *think* we need to order all at once. I bet we'll easily get 20 (I'm taking 3, 1 for me, a couple as gifts). If anyone wants to see the pdf proof, PM me your email address and I'll send it out (13 mb for the pdf). I'll wait a week or two to order to get as many takers as possible for best price. Craig - WTF?? Was that the snow over in NY a couple weeks ago?
It's nice to see you guys again! I do wish I have known this meet earlier! Guess what, my car must be the major target for those birds. I had to wash the car because it was just way too much.
Put me down for 2 calendars, I will come by on sunday, it will be cold, but I have heat, ( i think) I will bring my laptop if any one wants to see pics from my daytona trip..... it wont be a boring slide show of vacation pics, i promise
Regarding the Puma Opening: Its been kicked upstairs to corperate. Locals like the idea and hope it works out.
Welp...The weather was cold so we stayed inside the SBucks. Frank drove by but never stopped as did a Sweet Testarossa. Ya gotta love Nero. Lane, Jay, Jess, and Peter reviewed the weeks events including Peters pics from Daytona and Jess's laptop virus issues. Nice sunny day, to bad its so cold. I'll bet Matt feels real bad for us. BTW...Hey Matt...Your in Hawaii and surfing FChat. Dude...Priorities...Nuff said
I was thinking about stopping by this morning, but it was between that and staying in my warm bed bed and catching up on some needed sleep (sleep won). Matt, I am jealous. You inspired me to begin organizing my annual trek to Grand Cayman (too bad, you have to book these trips a year in advance... oh well, holiday getaway 2009 is not too far away, I guess. I thought we could sneak down for a week this January, but my wife warned me last year against a 5 hour flight with a 2 month old (I tend to agree with her)... I am now regretting letting her talk me out of the trip.
Nice Matt, you lucky dog. It's just cooold here. Barely made it to Rocky Hill this morn, 355 starter has a hard time waking up on cold mornings. Great pics Pete! Hey remember to email some to me, you know the ones that shouldn't be shown in a Starbucks Also throw in some of those 8C pics. And happy to say Jess's viral infection is all cleared up...now just stay away from THOSE websites
