Let's get back to cars. How do you guys improve the ride on your cars? I just changed my tyres on the M5 from 5yr olds Michelin PS2 to Falken 452 (top range but cheap stuff) & it just doesn't "stick" to the ground as before. I get cold feet above 200km/h, especially on curves or cambered roads. In other words, it just didn't give me confidence. The Falken is rated Y (up to 300km/h) & clocked about 2K kms by now. Air pressure kept to same as before. I'm thinking, if I should lower the car & give some negative camber to achieve better handling. But negative wears tyres faster & poorer acceleration. What I like about Asian tyres are that they always have ready stock & fresh productions. EU ones need to be ordered months in advance & you may not get the latest production (most of the time a good half year or full year old) What do you guys do?

Bro, other than being at least a grand more expensive & no stock. I'm wondering if tyres do make so much difference (both being range topper) & what we can make do to improve handling. Anyway, I shall visit my alignment guy to tweak the suspension & geometry.
The rubber is the only thing that is between the road and the car. Don't change suspension etc if you don't have good tires.Go for the tires.

It is more like an archive and will not replace this forum since this forum is how it all began.
