i don't believe that's what i said. i might have implied that his "financial advice" sucks though. i'd never be rude enough to just come out and say it though. i'm far too polite.

apparently guys over 50 who are divorced and are going through a middle age crisis know best. reminds me to check out at 49.
so you're planning the divorce then? no doubt initiated by someone else. did you get sprung doing what you do?
Hey thats me. One good thing about being single, I can do what I want,no debt,no school fees and no trophy wife. Lifes good. Might check out living in the South of France for a year ,hey don't need any income.
Not doom and gloom Scud - reality - take a look at the long term (10yrs plus) charts and it's plain to see that the past 4 years were an aberration not likely to be repeated any time soon. Also the dividends are PAST results, very unlikely to be repeated in the next round. I agree that some very sound companies are getting to be cheap for the long run, but I don't see the recent past being repeated any time soon.
...... and the financial pundits have predicted that the Aussie dollar will equal US 0.46c by the middle of next year. I'm re-visiting Vegas in April 2010 for a birthday bash so I hope the Aussie dollar skyrockets by then. I should have bought some US$ when it was worth Aus 0.98c circa July 2008.
alright then, moneys cheap so go and buy some property that's undervalued. moneys cheap, stocks are cheap, property is cheap. i don't know what else has to happen before people realise an opportunity like this doesn't come around that often. can't wait for her highness to reply, and no, not you kerrari.
