2. Autoart Gallardo - Perfect proportions; as photogenic as one model can get
3. UT Mclaren F1 (any version) - just for the fact that almost every collector has one

5. Kyosho 575 GTC

 

That is very nice! Will definately be looking for that when it comes around.
