Good uptake to start with, but slowed down quickly - I'm only seeing the same few around Adelaide I saw early this year. My thoughts from announcement were "amazing car - probably 8/10ths a Gallardo, be some folk who want to be first kid on the block but then it'll stagnate until prices drop *heavily*". Love it in f*ck-off white (hi res http://aussieexotics.com/drivers/displayimage-14640-fullsize.html http://aussieexotics.com/drivers/displayimage-14652-fullsize.html http://aussieexotics.com/drivers/displayimage-14734-fullsize.html http://aussieexotics.com/drivers/displayimage-14750-fullsize.html ) Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
They must be out in force this week because I saw this one just after lunch today. http://www.flickr.com/photos/aaronhape/3082697331/
Beautiful shot, worthy of a top line UK car magazine. Well done. We have some talented snappers on this site. Next time, wait for a Ferrari to come along, don't waste your talent on VW Group products!
I don't think the 40D is on production anymore since it's been replaced with the 50D but I'm sure the 50D is just the same if not better. The lens I'm using at the moment is the Canon 17-85mm 4-5.6 IS USM. It's a great lens for the price I paid.
Cool, I have very little knowledge on cameras, but I love taking photo's. I currently use a Cannon S3is (?) and I like it. I will look for a 50D when I decide its time for a upgrade.
The 50D is very good. It is also one of the first DSLR cameras to have video recording capabilities built into it. You should get the hang of things very fast! Saw this today while sitting in BK waiting for the Palmy Christmas Parade to start. Pretty average photo. I think this is the same one I posted here a while ago. http://www.flickr.com/photos/aaronhape/3085544611/
surpised to catch two different 599s, silver one on friday and a red one on saturday.. weird to think they're the first 599s ive seen and i score two in two days! just stumbled across this pic on www.nzmotorsport.co.nz... notice the interesting mod to the exhaust http://www.nzmotorsport.co.nz/itemdata/babes/image/large/9878.jpg
We had an excellent drive and lunch yesterday for the Ferrari club Christmas run. Some where around 40+ Ferrari's. F40, Scud, CS, 2 Dino's and a whole host of others. I will throw some photo's up later tonight.
It was an absolutely awesome day, hard to imagine a better day to be honest. There were 2 348's there brother 1 TS 1 TB, I was following the TB for a while and I though of you, your car must be some sight for the town folk in Mt Isa, they look fantastic on the road. I think I have one or 2 photo's on my phone from yesterday, will take a look and add the here if I do.....
Thanks mate. I actually had a friend who has seen my car many times parked up, tell me last week that he saw it on the road for once and he called me straight up and said....."Man!! Your car looks really really nice on the road. I still cant believe its 18 yrs old" I honestly cant say I have seen one on the road, but I reckon they would look pretty cool!! The locals dont realise the service I am providing for them by having my Ferrari here. Its for them, not for me!!
How noble of you. Get a mate to drive your car while you follow, they look much better in motion then sitting parked. Let a mate drive mine past me last weekend, it's cool to see how they look on the road, and mine is very loud, what a great sound!!!!
Well, I have let A LOT of mates drive the car, so that is probably a good idea. That or just let my brother do it. Awesome!! Great pic! I see a little hand waving out the passenger side window!
