Thanks. The body looks correct to my eyes , i know the mechanicals arent right but it can be a nice track car no ?
Body is incorrect and besides that it has a Daytona engine..............about the ONLY Ferrari piece in that car............ STAY AWAY Marcel Massini
saw this on an american carbooks website - firgure it would be useful for this thread. . . . Pontiac Fiero Spotter Guide Here's a rare, hard to find guidebook for the Pontiac Fiero. This pocket-size book, called the Fiero Spotters Guide, is filled with year by year specifications and production information for all Fiero models from 1984-1988. Fascinating information in one handy volume. 80 pages, softbound. I wonder if this book addresses the carnage of all the Fieros that have been butchered into "Ferraris"?? sorry; had to do it . . . Here are some examples of the Fiero carnage... From various French magazines. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Actually, that TR on the lower left doesn't look half bad... Throw in a nice Northstar and it would be a pretty cool car. I don't think I would want to keep it as a TR Replica though. Instead I think I would keep the basic shape but make it less a replica and more a design "inspired" by a TR then I would ace the Ferrari emblems and replace them with those of my own design. Shiny Side Up! Bill
340 000 francs pour ces poubelles ? En plus j'imagine que ca date de Auto International ou de Top Cars ces annonces non ?
I think we are straying off topic if we bring Fiero replicas into this thread. This thread was created to discuss the creation of replicas using real Ferraris. I don't think anybody on this site has any real issues with somebody creating a Ferrari replica from another donor car. Mis-representing will only last for so long Pete
re the "gto" that ed niles posted..given the apparent age of the photo and the black plate i suppose that it would have been a pretty cool car to have at that particular time...i suspect about the same time i was driving an old porsche 550 spyder on the street in the san fransisco bay area [complete with 4-cam and 16" tires] that didn't have much value then...now it seems it was an ex-factory/duntov car [550RS0048] that now is unaffordable..who knew?
Owning a Fiero-based replica must be a wonderfull way to experience what it feels like to drive a real Ferrari!!! Best wishes, Kare
LOL, yeah can't understand the concept myself. I guess it's part of this modern generation problem where they are more interested in looks than function. Really sad and just hollow ... Should just buy a Mazda Mx5/Miata and go and have good honest fun instead! Pete

Please pardon my ignorance, but what is a 250 TRC? I know of a 500 TRC or a 250 TR. Was there ever such a car? Great car anyway, but another GTE bites the dust.
No relation to the seller, but I noticed this for sale locally here in sunny Southern California: "FERRARI 1961 Testarossa, red, V12, Consours winning restored, magnificent show car, rebodied in England in '85, orig 128F engine, all alloy $400K/OBO." Anybody know the car or have pics?
and what do you think about this carnage ??????????????? Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
These are some pictures taken from italian newspaper "Repubblica" concerning a Dino (??) seized in Genova port by Italian customs. The car has been found a few days ago in a container box , waiting to leave for USA . As some of u wellknow, it is absolutely impossible to own a ferrari replica (including the stunning ones done in Uk..)down here in Pizzaland. This morning news report about the stop in Genova of an incredibly nice Dino replica ready to be shipped from Genova (one of the main departure/arrival ship port in Italy) for materials to US. http://mmedia.kataweb.it/foto/4129196/1/genova-una-ferrari-da-sogno-peccato-sia-falsa (in italian, 12 pics) As usual the comment was irritant and offensive (they said was an ugly fake, nearly chinese made...with ugly interiors). The car was stopped, the customer office arrested all and in those moments they are persecuting the shipping company from Milano. I really dunno the destiny of this beauty, but seems nobody here look at auction where ALSO replicas reach incredibly high value. So sad for me anyway...this is another ticket to pay to have ferrari here. Sigh....
