New 1:64 Hotwheels, F430 Spider and 512M

The black interor 430 I found is posted somewhere way back in this thread. I would never shell out $90+ for a 1:64 hotwheels no matter what it was.

I have been watching Super Hunt Enzos for several months now. I just about fell over and **** myself when I saw what this 1 sold for. But something just doesn't seem right when you look at the bidders.

This Lot had had 1 Long Card S-Hunt, 1 Short Card S-Hunt Enzo, 1 Regular Hunt Enzo + a bunch of other stuff.

Read the Auction for the $91.00 Enzo and it seems that there may be something a little to fishy. HMM!

 

Interesting observation Todd.
This is being discussed on the HWC site and it appears that there is supposedly a black seat variation of the super hunt that is VVHTF. This super enzo that sold is listed as having black seats. Maybe that's why it sold for so much? What's interesting to me tho is that the "black seats" are mentioned kind of matter-of-factly in the description. I would have thought that more emphasis would have been put on that detail being that it sets it apart as a rare car.

Can anyone varify this "black seat" vari of the super enzo?

 

Not worth more then $45.00 - $50.00 imo.

 

Found a few things at Target, nothing really special that I'm aware of.

-Souped up Tractor (called the Dragor I think)
-Silver ZR1 (I'll have to get another I didn't realize until I got home that the package was ripped)
-Labeled '09 Mystery but contained a car from the '08 Series. Can't remember which car brown maybe with flames.

 

Pretty good finds at Kroger yesterday. I turned the corner after grabbing a pint of Blue Bell to find a 3.5ft x 3.5ft basket filled with Hot Wheels. Needless to say I rumaged through for 10 minutes, although it only took my 3 minutes to find all 8 of these.

-Yellow 288 GTO (which I found out I already have one)

-White Mustang Shelby GT500
-Red Corvette ZR1

I got a silver Tesla Roadster in a two-pack the other day (the white F430 spider was the other car in the two-pack)

 

Cool! Haven't seen that 2 pack.

 

On vacation I found the following at a Publix in Kissimmee, FL. I have never seen any of these around Chicagoland:

Yellow 288 GTO
Red 288 GTO
Red 250 GTO
Yellow FXX

There were a number of each, so I took two each and left the rest for the local kids. Always pays to look when you're in a different town!

 

I make sure I do where ever I go if the wife doesn't complain.

 

I got a white 430 and green murci on single cards. I love the art work this year. I also got a silver 250 lm older but a sweet car

 

Concerning the brown and red 308"s, do you have the brown 308 with the black interior...or the red with the tan interior? I believe those are pretty HTF.

 

Maybe I've missed them, have any pics of the brown 308s been posted?

The interior variation of the 308 casting I was referring to is the 1998 #816. Todd posted pics of them in post #2300 on page 115. I believe the HTF variations of the 1998 308 #816 are the tan interior in the red car and the black interior in the brown car.

Ah - both just sold on ebay for about $30 each... I was tempted...

I saw the silver 250 LM mentioned earlier... strangely, I found one in a two-pack today...

I bought a bigger storage container today as well, the one I was using for duplicates and non-f-cars was over flowing. This is getting out of hand... between the ones on display and the ones in storage it's over 350 cars (which wouldn't be so bad if I didn't have 5 1:12s and 72 1:18s taking up a bunch of space. It really is a sickness.

 

Old news to you guys, but I found some cool stuff at Target today..
