I found a Qombee Treasure Hunt today on lunch. I have no interest in it, but thought someone here might... I've got the second one - but I'm keepin' it.

Lee's is monthly. I haven't seen a new Tomarts for a while. I do know they were working on a updated Tomarts, but that was last year. Was it ever released? Also there is supposed to be a Beckett's out, but I haven't seen that either. More from my collection - 1. 1998 #834 Ferrari Testarossa Black Basic wheels 2. 1998 #855 Ferrari F50 Purple Razor Wheels India Casting 3. 1998 #866 Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa Metalflake Gold Lace Wheels I just received the Malaysia Casting of the Purple F50 last week Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
I wish when I was little, I really knew about Ferrari. I have a bunch of old Ferraris, but out of the card. Hey, I was little, I had fun though.
No Problem! The Tomarts guide, although only a yearly guide, used to be the best one. I had spoken to a very well known collector last year that was helping out with an updated version. Not sure what ever happened. If they kept it up to date every year, that would be the one everyone prefered to buy. As Far as Lee's, Even though it is a Monthly, don't buy it but every few months or so. It is really only good to keep up on new variations. They do update the values monthly whether they go down or up. If you are a serious collector of all Hot Wheels, then you can be Price Guide Mechanic to help keep it up to date. The Mechanic of the Month wins a prize.
+1 I put back the yellow one when I noticed the flames. Took the day off and ran by another Target today while I was out running errands. Found: -Gold Murci -White 430 Spider -Yellow Racer 360 Modena -Go-Cart They had quite a large selection of mysteries, I couldn't bring myself to buy any after getting the "09" with an '08 car. Apparently Target restocks on Mondays because I've never seen the entire area completely racked. Going to have to run by Toys R Us this week.
Go to towerhobbies.com to get the complete series of Ferrari Racers. They have alot of diecast in stock. That's one source that I know of to get the entire series in one shot.
Sorry for posting that. I just got some from there in October. Guess I should have checked their inventory before posting. They do have other hard to find Ferraris for reasonable prices though.
ok guys, which racer series cars you guys are getting there? now at here there are only 5 cars released for the new racer series

That would be up to you! I keep mine carded. But I do have some out of the packages to. I really like the way you have photo'd your cars. Just got home from work! Rather late but I can't go to sleep just yet.
Thanks! Need a high DOF and good lighting to get the effect. These are shot on my shooting table with 2 lamps using an old Canon D30 (the first Canon prosumer DSLR) w/a 100mm EF lens.
I used to try to go for one loose and one carded but it takes up too much space to have both and since the values of hot wheels (carded or not) these days aren't that great except for the rare items, I've stopped collecting the carded and actually have about 100 I'm looking to trade/sell. However, with the 2009 cards, I may start collecting the carded ones again (but just 2009 and newer).
Heres a brown/tan 308 I found in a foreclosed home a few months ago http://i58.photobucket.com/albums/g280/ferrarman/P1010022.jpg http://i58.photobucket.com/albums/g280/ferrarman/P1010023.jpg http://i58.photobucket.com/albums/g280/ferrarman/P1010009.jpg http://i58.photobucket.com/albums/g280/ferrarman/P1010005.jpg http://i58.photobucket.com/albums/g280/ferrarman/P1010008.jpg
