It's about fortunate people going into poor neighborhoods and discovering those who help them or others, then giving them money to help their lives or causes. I really enjoyed every episode so far. It's nice to listen to their from nothing to something stories.

This show is the worst I have seen in a while. It should be called "Wasted Money".

I would be pissed if I was one of the less fortunate people. I may be alone on this but I would see it as some rich guy pretending to be poor for a week and then giving me money, pretty deceptive if you ask me. I guess that is the whole point of the show though.

It's an interesting show, but I don't believe you get a very accurate picture of life in the areas that are visited. Each secret millionaire is being filmed while out on the street. I know that they tell locals that they're filming a documentary about poor people in the area (or some other story), but I am sure that suspicions are raised. I'm also relatively sure that locals can tell that most of these millionaires are hardly the guy next door.

Episode I saw only entertainment was making fun of the Millionaires that complained about conditions they were living in, what they were eating, or job they had to do.

Any show that perpetuates the idea of people getting something for nothing will be a hit.

I know at the end of the day it's a show, but if more people can give back to communities any way they can it will benefit.....in any class.

I like the idea but I think the show is contrived. I find it funny that they just happen to find the right people to give the money to in a week. I'd be willing to bet the whole thing is a set up and the people who get the money are pre-arranged.

I watched the first one and to me it seemed fake!

Of course they find people that appear to have had a rough life, they set down and interview the person so to speak and that in it self would raise suspension from most. When you watch other shows like A&E's Intervention you can tell the addicted has no clue that it is set up for an intervention.

Like in the first show the millionaires ware finding work, of course they meet a women who used to live under a bridge, then while standing in line to buy groceries they meet a starving women who takes in homeless people and gives them a home. It just seemed set up and faked!

Further if you looked at how people hold themselves, the millionaires walk and talk differently then everyone else in show. They do not seem down and out enough...I think they fake they whole thing!

I watched 2 episodes, I guess the first show and it seems odd that they both found three people to give money to. This show is so set up it is sad.

A few years ago, there was this documentary on HBO or something, they gave a homeless guy 100,000 to see what he would do with it. He spent it in 6 months. Giving poor people a ton of cash is not the answer, giving them basic economic skills is.

Same situation with each episode. I also feel it is "set up", so don't watch it anymore.

We have the same show in the UK. Watched the first one and a bit of the second, decided it was **** as they're all the same.

I especially hate the end. 'Helga, I havent been completely honest with you. I'm a multi millionaire!'

    awaits response...
    'here's some money!'

(yes, i've seen a few more when they were on repeat)

    It's a great show.

Over here one of those secret millionaires visited the company I work at. He was "looking" for work.
We were told he was on welfare and wanted to start somewhere else.

I KNEW I had seen him somewhere before, but couldn't really place where it should have been.

he told us he grew up in an medium sized city that I also went to school in, so I just figured it must have been in that city.

Later when his name was revealed I knew I had seen him 6 months prior to his visit, on television, where he was interviewed about one of his large projects.

He was a really cool guy though.

Gurbaksh Chahal was on the show. The show itself is pretty lame however Gurbaksh's story is anything but!

He made $40 MILLION by the time he was 18 and then sold his 2nd company to Yahoo for $300 MILLION by the time he was 25!! HE, is a baller.

He's already on his 3rd venture: gWallet (www.gwallet.com). This guy is the epitome of a serial entrepreneur!

I was reading about him a few days ago, its incredible the money people made during the dot-com boom, then again there are many more who lost much more. I think the best part is that all these kids are making so much money the majority aren't wasting it, they just keep making more.
