Looks like he's trying to sniff the trees butt Uro, Nice cabinets. They make shatterproof ornaments now days. Might help next year. Here is a picture of one of our 3 cats. We call him fatty: Image Unavailable, Please Login
When I opened this thread and saw that pic of the tree I couldn't stop laughing. Mine is pretty well behaved, but he was intrigued the first night the tree was up. Here's Tigger (mad as all hell) in his holiday reindeer getup...and to clarify, I wasn't the crazy idiot that bought it for him. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Oh my... That does not look good! Great how he's back at the scene of the crime. Was never a cat person myself, until my (now) fiancee moved in with hers. Now I love the little bastard (even though he has a habit of standing on my chest at 6 am while I'm still asleep and, no joke, reaching forward with his paw and tapping me on my chin to wake me up to feed him. He has me well-trained.) Meet Mr. Biscuit. (Hey, I didn't name him.) Image Unavailable, Please Login
Always like seeing misconceptions go *poof*. Though in the States, ya practically feel like a Rebel when saying "Merry Christmas" to Strangers.
Wow, looks like we have some very unhappy kittys here! Give in to them now, before it's to late. You dressing them in holiday costumes doesn't amuse them! You do know, they will win this battle, and you will be the ones to pay the price.
OMFG that's hilarious. My cat Daphne did that our first Christmas together. She wanted to see the Santa tree top ornament and she climbed up the tree. I caught the tree as it was half-way down and Daphne holding on for her life. She had a total "it wasn't me" expression on her face but refused to go anywhere near the tree for a few days, at least until I set up the little HO guage train track around the base and she was back at it. But I did a better job securing the tree in the base and added some bricks on the legs of the base just to counter any more youthful feline curiosity.
I have a dog. She does not climb trees. She does keep the cats in line, they would not dare climb the tree. (We used to have a 9' fakey-do tree in the front hall by the staircase, it was always tied to the banister for safety.) Ho Ho Ho. DM Image Unavailable, Please Login
After my wife saw this thread she demanded I post pics of our two cats Haley ( Birman ) and Sammy ( Himalyan ). Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
That picture is hilarious and it makes a great avatar. The expression on his face is priceless. He's very cute. I wasn't a cat person growing up, in fact, I hated them and was deathly allergic until a few years ago...they kinda grow on you. Tigger does the same thing with his paw to wake me up. He lays on or beside me and taps my cheek with his paw to wake me up, it's adorable.
Here's Mr. Grey...sorry for the lousy cell phone pix. He likes to harass the better half mostly, as you can see #1 on HER side of the bed #2 on HER pillow #3 commanding food Cheers, Aaron Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
My two lazy bastards, Buster & Bubba. (My mom called them Baker & Botts.) All they do is sleep, eat, break things, & crap. What else do you expect from feline domesticus? Image Unavailable, Please Login
I found my orange cat (Tigger) and my mom's (Winston) like this yesterday afternoon...cutest thing ever. Image Unavailable, Please Login
