Didn't Maisto or ??? put out the McLaren F1 in 1:24 Scale. I kind of remember having that at some point.

As stated elsewhere in this thread this model was produced in 3 variations. The earliest one has the antenna. It's rare but by no means do you guys have the only 2. ;-)

As for the inaccuracy complaints - a) it's pretty much the only game in town and b) it was produced a long time ago and models have improved a great deal. It's not likely that we'll see another one in 1/18 due to licensing and Minichamps aren't about to go back and re-do theirs - even if they wanted to there's no indication that the license still permits it and McLaren under Mercedes aren't going to approve a new one.

On a side note: Minichamps did announce a re-issue of their 1/12 scale McLaren F1 roadcar about 2.5 years ago and it has yet to be seen. Nobody seems to know what the hold-up is.

    There are 2 other version.
Can't remember which version has what, but there are some with flared front wheel arches and a font splitter.
They also have the regular 4 exhaust and no antenna.

The LM is great but it's very delicate and I had to return 3 before finding a perfect car. I don't what my top 5 are but I hope CMC produces the Ferrari 250 TR and legitimate model car company comes out with a Pagani Zonda F.
