Cape Corel

Hi there all, i am here ( from the UK) in cape corel for just over 2 weeks, any thing to do car wise ? any cruse nights or ferrari meets close by ??

 

were here on the cape with a 308.There is another one in our neighborhood but don't know them.

 

Scantera runs the Naples Ferrari club. They usually have some things going on.
If it is late January we have Cavallino here in Palm Beach.

Sorry to bring this back up to the top, but i am returning to Cape Corel again on the 17 for 3 weeks.

What part of the cape are you staying in?

 

If a cars & coffee gets set up and you don't mind a 2011 Audi A8 Spyder V10 attending, I live in Sanibel, just across the water from the Cape, and would love to be included. I gave up my place on the 458 waiting list at Ferrari of Tampa because I fell in love with the new Spyder and am really enjoying using my gate shifter instead of paddles.

I now live here in Cape Coral ... and drive a 1977 308 GTS ... I in the SE over by the cape coral pkwy bridge. I would like to get into some of the local shows, any insight would be great.

 

Us FMR guys meet twice a week for dinner at various places around the county.

 

I have a '79 308 GTS and live in Tarpon Point Marina.

 

I'm pretty sure i've run into at least one of the 308s late one night, at us 41 and handcock. had a bit of a chat with the driver, nice guy.

Is there some meeting during the christmas time? We will be again in Ft. Myers from chrismas til 6th of January.

 

Where do you Cape/Ft Myers guys take your cars for service ... I would like to have my 308 serviced completely.

 

Tim Stafford in Ft. Lauderdale is the best and worth the drive IMHO. I just had a major service done last year and it was just under $2,700.00 but I had some extra stuff done too. He does know of someone over here for emergencies but I forgot their name. Call him and ask. He is a great guy, does the work relatively quickly, has a good team, and does not overcharge but sometimes undercharges. Lots of parts over in his storage area too.
