    I made my compliments for the 69 number but the owner told me that he was born in Lyon (France) and it's the plate number of that city

    Manuma is right - no.31 wasn't an Evo and the new owner just after Mugello gives the order to the update to Evo spec.
    The modification will be done in the next few weeks..
