    Yes we both got hurt.
I broke my back and hand
He broke his leg and rib

One of the cases of " i have always wanted to go for a ride in a Ferrari"
So we go out for a ride (i might have been a little over the speed limit)
On a straight section of the road we made a hard right turn went into the air through a fence then into a brick wall ( which didnt slow us down much by the way) then into a tree.
No fire. From the marks on the road they think either a tie rod broke or a tire blew, the car was in the junk yard before i got out of the hospital.

The car looks worse in the picture since the tow company piled all the parts into the drivers compartment.
I called 911 while still sitting in the car and then was able to walk away. in a little pain.

Passenger had an attorney the next day and made quite a bit of money for his pain and suffering,

It was a very humbling experience for me, i have had performance vechicles for most of my life, Boats, motorcycles, cars, buggys, trucks, jeeps and this was the first time ever to have someone get hurt, It is one thing to hurt yourself but when someone else is hurt it is pretty hard to deal with.

Also learned that you cant have too much insurance. Umbrella policies are pretty cheap and in hindsite would have saved me a lot of money.
