We have a new company here Tillman. I might be able to get you something when our office opens. Probably install or something similar. We can run full production for a multi million dollar concert, yet we still have a hard time getting our computers to work the way they're supposed to. I wouldn't want to curse you w/ this place, but try www.terremark.com if you're pretty desperate. They have a few ex-MSFT working in the Las Colinas office. I'm not currently employed there, but I was there for 6 years of my life when it was Data Return. The people there are good, but you may be working long hours, esp if it's a support or net eng dept. I'd point you to my current employer, which is worlds better, but we're not hiring any IT managers, unfortunately. Good luck. ///Michael
