I'll toss in another vote for both the 250 GTO and 275 GTB and include a couple that I don't think have been mentioned:

    250 GT LWB Zagato
    410 Superamerica

And dammit, the 599 is growing on me! In photos it's mildly interesting, but in person I could make love to it.

I'm in love with the 288 GTO.

The Daytona doesn't have enough curves to be put anywhere near the top of the list for "most beautiful". Lines are too straight for the title. I mean, it doesn't look a whole lot different than the Datsun Z cars from the same period. If Datsun can do it (even though those Z cars are beautiful), it shouldn't be "top of the food chain" for Ferrari.

    Just my opinion.

By the way, I think the 308/328 is timeless but the F50, 512BBi and 288GTO are my picks in that order.

    Sorry Ric...

288 GTO. Leonardo Fioravanti was an absolute GENIUS (Dino 206/246, 365/512 BB/BBi, 308, 288 GTO).

    Also included: 250 GTO (Series 2), 250 LM, 250 SWB SEFAC and 275 GTB/C

Right on. Sorry Bullfighter, the Daytona may have have been a forerunner of the modern sports car, but, to my eyes, it's ugly. Not enough surface excitement. Too plain.
Look down the side of a 308 from a low angle. Pure sex.....

    Greg

PS--Personally I think the F50/Enzo have TOO MUCH surface excitement!

And while I love the car in my garage, I'd say the best looking of the 308/328 series would be a 308 GTB with the Euro bumpers and without the rear wing or large undernose spoiler.

...And I admire your appeal to subtlety in this age of Veyrons, Reventons, and the Cali 2+.

In my opinion, the most beautiful Ferraris are the 360/F430. I think that is the most GORGEOUS shape. I also think the Enzo is one of the best looking cars in the world. So...EXOTIC! It's hard to pick a winner.
