Obviously not original Ferrari but not sure what it's origins are. Plan to redo the interior this spring so will hopefully have a few more pieces to the puzzle. Since I have been unable to locate any early interior shots, it cannot be assumed that it was a Drogo modification. Question is, how do I deal with it? If the dash shows all the original Ferrari holes (with the leather off) do I try to duplicate the original Ferrari 212 switches or do I leave the add on until I know who made it? Had it recently painted red to match the original metal around the primary gages so at least it doesn't stand out as much!
Anyway, it's a beautiful and very elegant car. Pictures from Drogo's workshop are very scarce. I thinks he's the most underrated coachbuilder of this era. Some of his designs are true masterpieces. I have loads of pics. I'll post them later.

Rare pic of #2053GT beeing completed at Carrozeria Sports Cars. I was told the guy on the back is Piero Drogo himself but I'm not sure about that. Car was painted red and the front lights wells were painted black. Still black later when it was first raced. Image Unavailable, Please Login

#2053GT crashed at Spa 1964. Total write-off. A tragedy to me... (not kidding !) + other shots of the same car. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login

Looks a bit like a coupe version of the Neri & Bonachini spyder. This was originally the Norinder GTO wasn't it? In any case a stunning car.
Before on Ulf Norinder's (The "Viking") 250GTO chassis #3445GT. Here is the car, shot at Piero Drogo's CSS : Image Unavailable, Please Login
Based on the "Ferrarina", a Ferrari project of a FIAT 1200 modified chassis with a Bizzarini "code 854" (850 to 1000cc) engine, the later "ASA 1000GT" was bodied by Drogo (one, maybe two cars of the only 100 ASA 1000GT produced).
