    I noticed a lot of salmon hate in my "Eating Like a King" thread as well in office staff.

    I absolutely LOVE salmon.

    Salmon, I love it, but I can tire of it really quickly.

    Salmon chowder...awesome.

    Salmon patties, salmon steaks, salmon on steamed white rice with home made tartar and slice of onion, /drool.

    Cannot stand smoked salmon....get that shizzle away from me right now.

    Usually not a favorite (especially the cold stuff you find on a buffet) but a hot fresh broiled salmon steak is excellent (but rare in my experience).

    I'd much prefer swordfish, halibut or Mahi Mahi.

    Don't get me started on the most overrated fish there is: Walleye

    I LOVE salmon... 100% raw in sushi.


    Cooked.... I generally don't like it too much. It's too good raw to go and cook it and ruin the wonderful flavor and texture!
