I love salmon.......but for now anyways, it has been replaced by tilapia as my favorite fish dish. Less stinky when grilled.

I really like it broiled with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc wine. If you've never tried this taste, try drinking a small sip of the wine after you have a small bite of salmon in your mouth. Then chew both together for a few seconds. The combined taste is better than either taste separately.

I like it. Not my first choice but every now and then I see it on the menu and it just sounds good. Besides, like comedian Bob Zany said, "Eat Salmon, the other pink meat."
