I hit the Wal-Mart by work after work. Nothing new. Ran into some of the local Hot Wheel collectors. I've know these 2 guys for about 12 years and they still look at me like I'm enemy #1. It makes me laugh. I say hello as 1 walks by me and he gives me the F.U. look. Sometimes he talks to me, sometimes I get that look. Oh, and from what I hear, this is from the guy who pays off people to get all the T-Hunts in the area. Then turns around and sells them to other collectors for rediculous prices. He's also one of those that when I had my store would come in and want something for less than what I paid for it wholesale.

I guess when I pulled into my parking space, he had just parked in the spot next to me. I then realized who he was. I said hello then to and he gave me the F.U. look then too. Then I thought - maybe if I had only pulled into the space about 10 seconds later, I could really pissed him off. But apparently I had already done that just by showing up. And all I went there for was to possibly buy a movie. I JUST DON'T GET IT! THEY ONLY COST A BUCK!

I saw two guys get in a fight at K-Days a few years ago.. I told them to shut the hell up because there was kids all around and about 1 minute later they were asked to leave by the store.
I don't get it either, the fun to me is finding a hunt not fighting over one...

Feel the same way. It looks like a mix of both those cars. Kinda cool.

I picked 1 up a few weeks ago. I thought it was interesting too.

My Recent finds have been the same. More for the project. Also,Has anyone seen the new series that has a Stackable Plastic case? I picked up the Woodie Yesterday. It is a Different car for each U.S. State. Pretty interesting. I'll Post a pic later. The Camera Batteries are dead.

I also bought last week the 1:18 Ferenzo Motorcycle in Yellow. I know there is a Red one as well as a Lime Green one.

Also, Does anyone have a pic of any the Larry Wood Cars?

I've seen the connect cars series at Wally's and Target. Pretty cool idea. Wonder which state will have the Ferrari? :D

Here's some pics of a few Larry's Garage series. The "chase" cars have either a signature or initials somewhere on the base. Tried to get close enough to show you but the pic turned out blurry...hopefully you can see the initials in the middle of the base.

They are pretty nice. Sure wish there was a Ferrari in the series.
I've seen them at Target, Walmart and Walgreens.

Got this yesterday. Anyone have any info on the packaging on the card? I believe it is Chinese but the person I traded with is in the Philippines and didn't know much about it other than he thought it came from China. The card appears to be a normal HW card that has a plastic manufactured wrapping around it with a paper card in it. The paper card looks like a Chinese banner with a treasure chest on it. Anyways, never seen or heard of it before so I traded for it. The guy also RAOK'ed me some Ferrari Shell gas cards which I thought was super nice...never heard of those either. I'm working on a trade deal with him for a couple Shell Ferrari cars, a Shell Ferrari chrome Enzo key chain and '09 Racer Series cars! :) :)

Keeping my fingers crossed on that trade! :D

Heads up at KB toys outlet stores. HW are .50 each. I stopped by the only one in my area the other day and found a '64 Buick Riviera Super Hunt. Not too bad for .50! :D Also found a few FXX's and the silver Aston martin. :)

I have these as well. The 3rd one is kind of interesting. I never knew about that one until I saw it on eBay. Then I checked mine and sure enough, Testarossa card with F512M on the base.

Also, Yesterday I took the car to get some tires, so while waiting I walk over to Wal-Mart to kill about 30 minutes. I go through the Hot Wheels and find the usual Yellow 360, White 430 Spider, Green Murcielago and Rust 288 GTO. Then I come across the Treasure Hunt Bad Bagger. :eek:I was shocked:eek:. Apparently the guy had just put them out right before I got there. I found the box in the next aisle. So I asked for that to to store my stuff in for a while. I haven't found a Hunt on the shelf since I found the Chrysler 300C.

I will be headed down to Pomona this afternoon to run around. Going to Grand National Roadster Show at the Fairplex. I will probably hit the Mattel Toy Store off the 91 FWY if I can find it. I'll let everyone know if it was worth it or not to find it.

Awesome. I don't think I've ever found a Treasure Hunt.

By the way, are the Mystery cards labeled '09 still '08 cars?

Congrats on the Bagger hunt! I found one the other day as well. I'm not into bikes but it's a pretty good looking hunt. Collectors are going crazy for those right now.
