I agree on the pricing issue. There is an oversupply of these cars (same for Bentleys, Porsches etc)
As for issues, some early cars had engine problems, but 07 shouldn't be affected by it.
Safety belts tend to scratch the metal bar that serves as an armrest (door side), so don't worry if it's already scratched :)
Natural leather is also easy to scratch...

Gearbox is a bit tough when cold, and remains reluctant to swap gears, but it ain't a problem.
Some doorlock issues also existed (the thing controling the closing/opening, easily replaced), emptying the battery.

Otherwise, the car is rather bulletproof, but a bit low on torque. It's a great drive, and you can find great deals on them !

Ah, the front is rather low, so watch out for any damage resulting from grounding it !

I just bought an '07 last month and I loving it. The gearbox reminds me of my Ferrari 456 when it's cold but once warm it's fine, a little heavy but very positive. The ride and handling are exceptional and give you great feedback now, about the sound-the sound . . . ahhh the sound. You have to drive it to really appreciate it. The car does need a little more power and after the warranty runs out I might look into the chip and free flow cats to raise the power by 40hp and torque by15 ft lbs. There are also a couple of groups working on a super charger option with an output of around 550 at the wheels!
If the car in AL is in excellent condition it's a real bargin that you can enjoy for a long time.

I had an '07 in titanium silver and traded it in for an '08 N400 in Karussell orange. Absolutely brilliant automobiles. I love my F430 but you'd have to kill me to take my Aston away..

N400 is the best. All the essential spec is included plus it has the extra power and also the sportspack suspension.
Mine is number 2 and a Quicksilver exhaust adds the essential sound too. :)
