HANG ON TO YOUR 308 QV GTB

Friend of mine owns an '85 (056241) which is a 2time NATIONAL FCA winner in 1990 and 1991. It's a red tan car with original body color euro front spoiler, boby color roof spoiler and red piping. It's not on your list. Maybe FCNA hasn't given you all its info.

 

I will check my list tomorrow. I might have missed it as a hastily typed up that post. Thanks for noticing this.

I own 052027. I was told there were two black/crema GTB Qvs in the country, but your list shows mine as the only US delivery car with crema interior period. My source may have been mistaken. It's paint code under the engine hatch shows it as nero metallic, not Nero Carbone, but I don't speak Italian...
I will say it was delivered with 16s and a euro front spoiler and the crema seats have black piping.

Any chance you might be able to get more pics of your sis' car??? I'm really loving that red interior with the white piping!! Yeah, yeah, your sister's hot, but this is the wrong thread for that!! lol. In this thread, it's that car and its interior that matter. Given how long I've been married, the car may be hotter!!!!

 

I have a couple others on this computer, but they don't show the full car. I'll ask her to take a few new shots if she doesn't have better ones somewhere (I wrote NEW, not nude!). Those are the original colors as well, and that combo does seem to be rare (aside from the Louis Vuitton addition on the seats ).

Will the euro 308qv engine lid fit a US 308qv? Or are they different for clearance reasons?

 

Euro lid will fit. USA lid just has additional vents to help it run cooler. The USA emissions equipment necessitated this, as it creates more heat.

 

I saw my sister's car today and took a look at the badge...she has 58767. According to the current list, one of two with white/red, and the only one for that model year.

 

Also the last one.

 

Last in white/red, though the list isn't in order, so there is one more that came afterwards on that list a couple above it.
