The front spoilers are different in the two pictures shown in this thread, and the picture in Forza is different from these two as well.

I did, they're not the same. The picture posted my intouch1 has the bumper opening with the central margin coming to a sharp angle; the picture posted by rossi has an edge to it, not a clean point. Plus, one is painted black along the lower edge.

But if you meant the car in intouch1's pic and the car in Forza being the same, then I agree. Of course, I’m sure that's what you meant, because that's how I usually screw things up on the internet. ;)

Well, I guess it's really a PS of the SP1.

The rims are the same, so are the front lights, which are basically F430 front lights beneath a new covering. The differences in the bumper could be made by PS. :(

Or I was thinking that maybe the pics were taken at differnet stages of development of the front bumber. because like you say, the rest is identical and I agree that it is probably the same car.

Now, if Ferrari DOES build something that looks like the 'design study picture' here, it would definitely get my thumbs up; something much prettier that the Cal and 599 design looks. I'd like to see something with more curves and swoops and maybe pop some butterfly doors on it like the Enzo and I may just plunk down the cash for a new one!

Very observant! Good eyes! I think the photo says SP1 which is a special
Project based on the F430. It cost 1M according to an article in the Ferrari Magazine.
I don't think Ferrari would let a photo of the new F450 leak unintentionally esp during a planned photo shoot.
    But we can always hope!

Oh I know it's just a concept, but I sure hope it's the direction Ferrari goes with the next V8 model. To me, a Ferrari should look exotic. And while I do think the 599 and the Cal are pretty cars (yes, I even like the Cal with it's 'big' back end) neither of them look exotic to me. Heck, from a distance I'm not sure I'm looking at a 550 or a Corvette. It's the main reason I've never considered owning a 12 cyl. model despite the better torque. The last exotic looking V-12 was the testarossa.

The three Ferrari concepts I've seen that exited me were the one above, and these two

I like that one best as well. Saw it as a 'new Dino' concept. Of course I love the original Dino too, so I'm biased about what I'd like to see Ferrari do. ;)

I have to say the 1st pics front bumper is different from the one off. Definetely new pic and looks very possible to be new designed front air intake.

But wasn´t it they who claimed it would be AWD???

Doesn´t make much sense if they aim to make it lighter than the Scud, and will make luggage compartment much smaller.
Also AWD doesn´t sound like Ferrari philosofy...

I have heard from my sources that the car would be closer to 550 hp...500 is no big improvement over the 430..direct injection will add 30-40 hp at least ...the weight goal is to be just under the scuderias weight...with the lp560 being over 550 hp, 500hp will not due

Thank you for posting these. It's always cool to see what happens at the factory. Right now, it all seems like pure speculation of something that probably won't look similar. Of course they have to give the car a body in order to get certain things done outside. To me, it looks like a 430C at best, with 1 QP wheel, and 1 Challenge wheel.

Interesting pics mate, thanks for sharing. :):)

Looks like the red car has some air scoops on the engine cover.:eek:

That tells me it could have forced induction. Small turbo engine anyone? :D:D
