    The Strand is ocean front, that has apartments etc...across from the beach. :):)

    An NQX road train got caught in flood waters just outside Mount Isa 2 weeks ago. :eek::eek:

    I have seen other pics of the truck driver sitting on the cab of the truck while waiting to be rescued. He was there for a few days before they realised he was missing They flew a chopper in that landed on the roof of the 1st trailer. He climed on and they flew out. He was very lucky. :):)

    Apparently the truck is still there. Flood waters are still too high to get to the truck. :eek::eek:

    Wow, thats quite high Moretts. I hope it didn't make it to the garage.

    I would have thought being on a canal there would be plenty of capacity to take the run off having sayed at my mums.
