    Not sure what you mean by spraying the hoses with silicone spray, I understand using that to get them to slip on easier but your saying when loading the engine spray them down?

    I could use all the pictures you can send, pics of the hoses, harnesses, wiring etc. How it's all layed out and tied up. I want to make sure I get everything routed correctly.

    I did not explain correctly, but you got it. Spray the ends in order for them to slip into place. Its very hard to get back at the firewall and radiators.

    I will find some pictures to send on the routing of the gearbox lines. Also make sure the throttle wire does not bind going back in.

    Yours looks like the 2.7 with the two crank sensors there. Probably going to be some differences in wiring. Right now I'm just looking at the valley of the block and trying to figure out where to begin. The fire sensors, harness, waterpump etc. Don't even know where to begin. I just kind of studied it tonight. I did get the oil return tubes on and the crank sensor. The oil hose running from the oil filter to the left side of the block had come apart and I had to peel away the $66 heat wrap to reconnect it. Now thinking of just getting some heat tape to rewrap it with. Lots of pictures of the top of the engine without any air cleaners on would be good. The engine where it mates to the trans as well. Alternator and AC pump.

    Remember mine is a challenge engine so lots of things are taken out. If its not needed we tend to get rid of it. It should give you a hint of where things go.

    I dont have AC but I will send you that area it should become obvious.

    Oh right, thanks:) So does that connect to were the gear box breather would normally be, or somewhere else?

    Yea that looks like the same place that the road car has it breather. So is there another breather elsewhere on the box i wonder.Thanks for taking the time to post that mate.

    Any need for the use of threadlocker on any of the nuts and bolts? I know it's usually case by case, I never use it on my Honda car or motorcycle but on Jetskis it is a must.

    Specifically on the oil return tubes or water manifolds etc.

    Also putting the ignition wires on and from the looks of it the cylinders are numbered
    <= 1234
    <= 5678

    Correct?
