I will reinforce this. I have no beef with Roy and I know T360 personally and what has happened here is the pot has been stirred by others. T360 is a real buyer...trust me, the man can and will buy the car he wants when he wants. That however is not the point nor should it be. Someone steered him towards Roy, T360 kindly said he thanks him but will not work with that dealer. What's the problem? Roy has a rep with some that is good and others that is not. It's really very simple...if you know of a Blk Blk CGT post it up...if not, don't. Let's keep the drama in the drama section...not in here or anywhere else we want to discuss automotive pursuits. i think because he called a cats exotic a broker http://ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=231824 and since cats exotic is a sponsor the mods took offense to that.
Becuase he has a hard on for Roy and his constant stalking of Cats Exotics related threads was dragging the forum down. Its a better place without him.

Wait, titanium360 was permabanned for stating that he doesn't want to do business with Roy "So Shady he has a shadow at night" Cats? Is this for real? I didn't see him get into a pissing match of any sort, or even make reactionary comments until he was agitated by people whom have absolutely nothing to do with the transaction or had any reason to post to the thread (ie completely lacking in constructive usefulness). I know T360 personally, and 993Guy is spot on with his analysis. Completely unwarranted ban, and T360 made no invective that warranted a permaban in the least bit. He is very much a real buyer for a car, this I can assure. I also don't understand the posts by brinzkey or "clandestine" - they look to do nothing more than cause issue. Frankly if anyone should be banned based on this thread, it's those two. Sponsor or no sponsor, I too would never do business with Cats and I'm glad that there are people out there like T360 who call it like it is.

This ban is crazy! The thread has nothing to do with Roy, and all the OP said was, and I quote, "thanks i but i dont want to do business with catsexotics, thank you very much for the lead though" Then everyone jumped all over him, and he had to defend himself! And for that some moderator bans him! Awful decision in my opinion.
Is this for real? Do we not get some sort of explanation as to who he was banned? Is this really how this site works that cant even express heitancy over using one of the sponsors even after thanking the refferer for the suggestion? Maybe I am ignorant to the ways of the Ferrarichat but I for one would like someone on here to explain if any of us can be banned at any time on a whim. Titanium360 wasn't banned for what he said in this thread, but rather what he said in another. Either way I agree that the ban was excessive.

I think you guys should read the other thread before saying the ban wasn't justified. Titanium just likes stirring the pot, perma ban was excessive, but the guy definitely needs a few weeks to himself.
I have read the other thread and stick by my comments. Roy is the the one that ought to go. If he wasn't a sponsor - he'd be banned by now. We have to question why he was "accepted" as a sponsor and/or why his request to be a sponsor hasn't been revoked. He stinks - and this stinks.
Maybe the "Mods" (or some of them) are looking to curry favor and get special deals from Sponsors. We will never know but it is always prudent to look for the financial interest when you can't understand a situation. It was stupid to ban T360, but then there has been a lot of stupidity in the admin of F-Chat. Bring back T360!
