they look better in sunburst yellow without the stripes, the very last of the E49s only had the six pack badge on the side and sold for $4,500 OTR in '74
Another carb car. Might do a little better than MYENZO. At least it hasn't been flogged around all the traps looking for a sale quite as much.

First 599 I have seen advertised under $500K! http://www.carpoint.com.au/used-car/FERRARI/599%20FIORANO/Victoria/csn6804940.aspx A beautiful machine too. Red/black with the devil wheels. Shame its around $395K more than I can afford right now!
Lol!! Perhaps perhaps. Still a great looking car and if I won $20 mill in the lotto it would be the 2nd car I would be test driving. The 430 Scuderia being the 1st.
Sorry mate, but I will keep the 348 and I will start my very own "Pap's learner driving school'. I will use the 348 for that, tax deductions and all that.
there are 5 or 6 599s on this FCA run I'm on. even more 430s. only one 355ch though. easily the best sounding car of them all. i love my car,
355 gets 23mp or 12.5l/100km. i don't understand why it's so crap. at the same pace the 328 gets 9.4l/100km and its fuel delivery system is nowhere near as sophisticated.
I regularly see 60l/100km accelerating uphill in the Volvo XC90 and average 15.7 around town, so you're doing pretty well
this is sitting on 100-110kph on a freeway. i don't CARE that that's the fuel consumption, i just don't understand why it's how it is.
I'd wonder too why the 355 fuel consumption is so much higher. Maybe ask in the 355 forum what other owners achieve to find out if that is normal? FWIW, I consistently use 10 L/100km for gentle driving in the 328. To the extent that when I stop for fuel I know from the tripmeter how much fuel I'll need. So if I've done 600km it will take between 59 and 60 L.
Then at 100km/h it would be doing lower revs than the 328. So, apart from being a larger displacement, would be expected to use less fuel. And of course it is a newer model. All points that suggest it should use less fuel. Yet it uses more: so it is curious. Last month I updated my regular car. Now have 2008 model 6L VE Holden. Calais V. I've done 6,500km at average 9.9 L/100km. Takes off impressively when required for highway overtaking. (So, same fuel consumption as my 328.)
