I know there was a desire to change the qualifying format to one in which the slowest driver would be eliminated every lap. Will this format be implemented or will they use a method similar to last year? Was the new format proposed for this year or next?

    Thanks

    For which race?

They'll probably change it right after the first race, and two or three more times during the year.

It's missing the page that dictates that Bernie and Max will personally escort the Ferraris to the front row, ahead of all of the other cars that ran qualifying for the 3rd-20th spots......at least, until the uproar.

From Steve's post of article 34.1:

I thought I remembered that there would be no "charging / discharging" outside of what takes place in the car - No "topping off the batteries" before a run. Sure doesn't read that way now.......

    Cheers,
    Ian

Assuming 24 cars on the grid seems a bit optimistic...
