A few of my old CGT Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Just noticed that the wheel centres are red on one side and blue on the other - is there any reason for this?
IIRC, It comes from racing so that when you pit to change the tires/wheels, you know which side the wheels belong to.
The center lock nuts are threaded differently. One side is right hand thread and the other is left hand threads. The color coding is so you don't try to put one on the wrong side and then strip the threads. I believe the passenger side is left hand thread (so when the wheel turns forward it's actually moving in a direction that would help tighten the nut and keep if from backing off) and the driver side is right hand thread (once again, helping the nut to tighten down).
Hi Bro! why you decided to change it ? had a little accident with your previous CGT? I LOVE the CGT ! Have a nice day!
Dan, that red CGT you had previously was stunning. How did the paint and color compared to Ferrari reds??............corsa and scuderia??
Stunning car Red or Black are the colours for those IMO I saw that in the pics and was just about to ask it too, thanks for clearing it up.
A friend of mine has a red one and next to my rosso corsa it looks pretty nice. Is closer to corsa nothing like scuderia red.
